Breaking the Cycle is a Licensed Women’s Treatment Facility located in Millinocket, Maine.
We opened in 2020 as a sober house for women, and have since taken our program to the next level providing on-site clinicians, a medical director, 24-hour staffing, and the ability to bill insurances, including MaineCare. We are women in recovery ourselves who have the drive and desire to pass on what has been so freely given to us through 12-Step Programs and a strong sober community. This program is designed to be six months or longer if need be.
